FALL 2013...

Now you can tell that it's FALL 2013! It's so beautiful outside that it sometimes takes my breath away. It's becoming a little chilly in the mornings but the afternoon are still reaching upper 50s to the mid 60s, which is just right for getting out for race training. So don't miss it, get out there and have some fun before it's all covered with snow!

This year I've watched my adult children go through so very serious life changing seasons in their lives and being the person that I am, it's killing me inside not to be able to help them...

I know that this too shall pass, but it's so hard to weather the storm right now. Thank God for keeping them.

What a FABULOUS Weekend This Was!

Sending out a big CONGRATULATIONS to all the Racers that got out and enjoyed themselves this weekend! On Saturday was the Baltimore Running Festival and today was the Chicago Marathon.

What a FABULOUS time of the year it is! Today my grandson asked me about the changing of the leaves and told me that he really liked the colors. That brought back to mind when I was very young and noticed what was going on with the leaves and thought how amazing it was!
