Grandmothers of today are very different from grandmothers of thirty plus years ago. Today's grandmothers are focused on being HEALTHIER so that the can be around longer with their families. Grandmothers are exercising to reduce the need for lots of prescription drugs, risk of stroke, diabetes and heart disease.
