Let's Do This!!!

FabulouslyFit50: Call me FAITH! which stands for: Fully Achieving Independence Through Health (it also helps me remember what I need most!) My FAITH! journey began after I lost my mother, who had been a stroke survivor that later died from heart disease. I later learned that I was at risk of the same thing happening to me. I thought I was in pretty good health, just a little over weight. With 5 children I knew I had to reduce my risk & learn the warning signs of stroke & heart disease to break the cycle since my mother's mother died from heart disease as well. Since buying my first Beachbody DVD in 2005, I've lost over 60 lbs., corrected my diet, eating habits & added several more fun Beachbody DVDs that have kept me physically active & reduced my risk of stroke and heart disease! Now as a Team Beachbody Coach I want to help you fully achieve your health and fitness goals. Together we can do it! Grammies Workout 2! Abundant Blessings, FAITH!
